A flavour explosion, as I like to call it. My coleslaw experiment continues.... I knew I was going to have my coleslaw as a side to leftovers, on which I would be putting French mustard. So I knew I needed a flavour powerhouse to compete with the strong mustard flavour on the leftovers. Today was the day to try Rosemary Juniper Berry Coleslaw!
