I love a beef stew. This one is a little more decadent, without being overly rich…. This is sort of a cross between a chili and a stew, but with a lighter texture. You’ll see what I mean!
I wanted a BBQ sauce that would complement our Espresso & Chipotle Sea Salt, especially for cooking pork ribs on the BBQ! I really think this is the best!!
