Love steak?  There's nothing better than a simple grill!  Even when the weather gets cooler, we still BBQ!!  Serves 2 2 x 350g (12.5 oz) Striploin steaks, approximately 1.25 inches thick 7.5 ml (1.5 tsp) Avocado, Grapeseed or Canola oil 10 ml (2 tsp) Lift Flavours Juniper & Rosemary Sea Salt Freshly ground black pepper, to taste (optional) Trim any excess fat from the ends of the steaks and score the fatty edge so that you're just barely cutting through the tough connective tissue (this will prevent that side from curling).  Rub with the oil and then rub the salt...
