This recipe decadent and delicious. Originally, it was basically a hybrid of two recipes that I found one year, but then the orange and rosemary magically entered the picture and now I use it year-round, even on sandwiches! You could also just eat it with a spoon… would that be so wrong?
As I write, it's cloudy and rainy outside Kerry & Brad's house, here in St. Catharines. It's our annual pilgrimage to visit local wineries and breweries and enjoy lots of laughs and good food with long-time friends. We need something to perk up our mood! This chicken dish will add a little sunshine to anyone's day, regardless of the season or the weather!
A flavour explosion, as I like to call it. My coleslaw experiment continues.... I knew I was going to have my coleslaw as a side to leftovers, on which I would be putting French mustard. So I knew I needed a flavour powerhouse to compete with the strong mustard flavour on the leftovers. Today was the day to try Rosemary Juniper Berry Coleslaw!
My husband and I used to live in Alberta, which influenced our love for beef. Now living in the Ottawa area, we subscribe to the Arc Acres Grass-fed Beef CSA in Manotick Station because of Amber's commitment to sustainable farming practices and ethical treatment of animals. Oh, and can I rave about the quality and flavour? Next time you're craving a burger, give this recipe a try -- it could not be any easier, nor more flavourful!
